⏱️ Frequency & Routine — The Frame

I usually + verb. Frequency words go before the verb; time phrases (every morning / after lunch / at six) can start or end the sentence. Наречия частоты — перед глаголом; фразы времени — в начале или в конце.

"I usually start at nine." — наречие частоты стоит перед глаголом.
