2. too vs. enough
"too + adjective" = more than we want (проблема): "The tool is too slow."

the + -est for short adjectives, the most + adjective for long ones. Only one can be the best.
Three ladders: -er/-est, more/the most, and the irregular pair good/bad. Compare 2 things (-er), highlight 1 of many (the -est).
